A quick breakfast out of boredom: smooth buckwheat noodle with a dash of umami bomb sauce.
- Soba noodles
- Soy sauce
- Seaweed (nori)
- Shaved fish (katsuoboshi)
- Prepare noodle according to package (put in boiling water, bring to boil, set to low, leave for 3 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water)
- In a sauce pan, add all the remaining ingredients except the last two and bring to boil
- Turn the heat off and add the last two ingredients then strain
