Pork Chop with Chutney and Freekeh Salad

So, I received my first Blue Apron free meals. I unsubscribed it immediately (sorry, college student) without knowing this experience would lead me somewhere new! For example, this dish. I would never make chutney or use freekeh if it’s not brought in front of me like this. I wouldn’t know chutney could be made from cooked citrus with sugar and ginger, nor freekeh smells so good when boiled.
