When I bit and tasted this authentic French family crêpe recipe from Uncle Juhaerdi’s friend, I knew my mom would love this. Given the recipe lured (with promise it’s to make mom one), this morning I did my revenge.
Mom always made me breakfast when I was in school – hot chocolate, chocolate bread sandwich, anything. And I just found my passion in cooking in the last year when studying food science in the US, away from my family.
It felt so good to wish her a great day today, three out-of-town meetings, another day for a hardworker like herself. Only an ingredient that wasn’t original, it was a happy Mother’s day prayer from me.
