Reviving the Zombie Beef

It sounds abysmal but it was delicous! I went to the campus all-you-can-eat hall and grabbed some slices of this beef, which happened to be too tasteless for me. 

Could not see the big chunks go into the bin, I sneaked it with napkins and took it home. Fridged it for the night, and.. Voila!

I always wanted to know how it tastes like to cook and eat beef with wine. Thanks to the cheap “cooking wine”, I used that without holding my self until the meat looks winey enough.

Olive oil. Garlic. Red cooking wine. Meat/Spinach. Salt. Feta cheese.
